About Community to Community

Community to Community (C2C) is an Austin, TX non-profit that began in 2019 as a Holiday Helper “Adopt-a-Family” effort and has subsequently expanded to assist families in a variety of other ways.

 

Every request that we share documents how and why a family or community is struggling.  We recognize that the needs of each individual are unique and that it is important to understand the situation before bringing together resources and providing assistance.  

 

We appreciate the generosity of our donating families who entrust us to see that their donations are making an impact in the lives of others.  

 

After repeatedly observing how generous and engaged our own community has been with each outreach for help, we decided to formally incorporate as Community to Community and file for non-profit status. In the fall of 2022, we became official (EIN # 88-3509128)!
